Terms of Service

The Service provides independently created Latvian-language learning materials, A2 practice tests, exam simulations, vocabulary, grammar guidance, audio, model answers, progress tracking, and related features.

Official sources are used to check examination structure and public information. Our exercises are original practice materials and are not claimed to be official or previously used exam questions. We do not guarantee an examination result, residence decision, citizenship decision, or employment outcome.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use the Service for a minor, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and accept responsibility for the account.

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Do not sell, transfer, or share a paid account outside your household or organisation unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Current plans and prices are displayed before checkout. Stripe processes web payments; we do not receive or store your full card number.

Weekly and monthly plans renew automatically at the displayed interval until cancelled. You authorise Stripe to charge the saved payment method for each renewal. A lifetime plan is a one-time payment for access for as long as the Service continues to offer that product, subject to these Terms.

You can cancel a recurring plan through the billing portal. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges and access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Cancelling is not the same as a refund: outside the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and the remedies that apply if the service is faulty, we do not refund a purchase. The Refund Policy sets out both.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service and its content for your personal learning while you have access.

You retain rights in answers and text you create. You permit us and our processors to store, display, synchronise, and technically process that material only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service.

Do not enter sensitive personal data about other people into practice answers. You may delete your account from the profile page; payment records may remain with Stripe where retention is legally required.

We may correct errors, update examination information, replace audio, change features, or perform maintenance. We aim to keep paid features materially available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

If a paid digital service does not conform to the contract, mandatory consumer-law remedies remain available. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where required.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that rule, the Service is educational assistance and you remain responsible for official applications, deadlines, fees, and decisions.

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the operator and by mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Any dispute must be brought before a court or consumer body that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, security, or service changes. The current version and its update date will be published here. Material changes affecting paid access will be communicated where reasonably required.
