Refund Policy

Paid plans unlock the full course library the moment payment succeeds. Outside the statutory rights described below, we do not refund a purchase — including where a plan went unused, was bought by mistake, or no longer suits you.

Prices, plan contents and billing intervals are shown before checkout. Please review them before paying, and use the free material first if you are unsure.

Consumers buying a digital service at a distance have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, and that right applies to purchases made here.

To use it, email us within 14 days of the purchase from the address on your account and say that you are withdrawing. No reason is required. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.

Where the service has already been supplied at your request during those 14 days, applicable law allows a proportionate deduction for what you have received.

Weekly and monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal before the next renewal date, and access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Cancelling does not refund the current period or any earlier one, and a renewal that was not cancelled in time is not refunded. Set a reminder if you plan to use a subscription for a limited time.

Lifetime access is a single, non-refundable payment. “Lifetime” means for as long as the Service continues to make that product available, not the lifetime of any individual person or company.

This Policy covers changes of mind, not defects. If paid content is not supplied, is materially unavailable, or does not conform to what was described, tell us and we will restore access or correct the problem.

Where a fault cannot be corrected, applicable law may still entitle you to a proportionate price reduction or a refund. Those statutory remedies cannot be signed away and are unaffected by this Policy. They do not cover learning results, examination outcomes, brief maintenance, or a device or network problem outside our control.

Tell us promptly about a duplicate or incorrect charge and we will investigate and return anything taken in error. That is a billing correction, not a refund of a valid purchase.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Direct correction is usually faster, and a payment dispute may suspend the related access while it is investigated.

Deleting your account cancels any active subscription and removes your learning data. It is not a refund request, it does not return payments already made, and deleted learning data cannot be recovered.
