Cookie and Local Storage Policy

These cookies are necessary to provide requested functions and secure accounts. Disabling them may prevent sign-in or language preferences from working.

When you open Stripe Checkout or the Stripe billing portal, Stripe may set cookies for payment, fraud prevention, security, and session continuity. Those pages are operated by Stripe and are covered by Stripe’s cookie and privacy information.

Local storage is not a cookie, but it saves information in the browser. We use it for signed-out practice attempts, resume timers, vocabulary and grammar progress, interface preferences, and acknowledgement of the cookie notice.

Local data stays on that browser until it expires under the feature’s rules or you clear site data. When you sign in, eligible learning progress may be synchronised to your Supabase account.

We do not currently set optional analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this Policy and the preference controls will be updated before those cookies are used where consent is required.

You can block or delete cookies and local storage using browser settings. Blocking essential cookies can sign you out or prevent preferences from being remembered. Clearing local storage may permanently remove signed-out learning progress from that device.

We will update this Policy when storage technologies or purposes change. The current version and update date are published on this page.
