Focus: Fact versus opinion, references to earlier information and several linked conditions.
What this test contains
Complete all three tasks: answer interview questions about work, form four questions about missing internal-training information, and compare an early and late shift. Speak in complete, connected sentences and justify choices using every stated condition. Total duration: 10–15 minutes.
Task 1: Interview — Working hours and responsibilities

Answer the examiner’s ten questions in complete, connected sentences. Give a specific example and, where possible, explain a reason or result. There is no preparation time.
Task 2: Missing information — Internal training
Trūkstošā informācija — Iekšējās mācības
Read the internal-training notice. Four pieces of information are missing. During preparation, form one complete open question about each specified point. Do not use the word “vai” in the questions.
Task 3: Comparing an early and a late shift

Study both images; preparation time is two to three minutes. Describe only visible facts and compare individual work on an early shift with customer service on a late shift. Then use the schedule conditions given below and justify your choice in both situations. Do not infer an exact clock time from the images. Also answer two follow-up questions.
